The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is a non profit organization dedicated to conservation, education, and quality animal care. They’re also dedicated to preserving Alaska’s wildlife.


The Alaska Zoo is a zoo located in Anchorage, Alaska located on 25 acres of the Anchorage Hillside. It is a popular attraction in Alaska, with nearly 200,000 visitors per year.


Chugach State Park covers 495,204 acres (2,004 square kilometers) immediately east of the Anchorage Bowl in south-central Alaska. The park, managed by Alaska State Parks.


A devastating 1964 earthquake shaped this hilly area, which offers trails & an interpretive display.
